This is Vic - the guy behind Bitter & Twisted cafe and a Northern CBD local for 15 years.
You might recognise him from the popular cafés he ran at the Observatory Tower and Kent Street village areas. And now, he's doing it all again at the Sandstone Cottage where he's looking forward to being a part of the Walsh Bay community.
Vic puts his heart and soul into his cafés. He knows his coffee, he knows his food and if you're not on a first name basis with him, you soon will be!
As for the name of the cafe, it comes from Vic's signature coffee blend which has a devilishly tasty bite...while the 'twist' refers to the menu and service being a cut above the rest.
Go on... pop in and say hi to Vic. He likes cupcakes!!
